A passionate nanny with a love for working with kids, she began her journey at BestStart Pleasant Point, where she cared for little ones aged 6 months to 5 years. She enjoyed being a familiar face across different classes, ensuring every child felt comfortable and happy. She also worked as a relief teacher at Angels Childcare, stepping in whenever possible to supervise meal times, lead activities, and ensure everyone was having fun. A regular babysitter for family friends with children aged 6 and 8, she loves preparing dinner and tucking them in for the night. Charlotte is a qualified ECE teacher and nanny, currently working with tamariki from ages 2 and under right up to preschool age. She's competent at preparing kai and bottles, changing nappies, preparing sleep spaces, assisting children at sleeptime and washing. Angy is an experienced teacher in her hometown of Colombia with a background in preschool, elementary, and high school education, as well as being a trained biologist.

She has over six years of experience working with children both in the classroom and as a nanny. She brings a deep passion for learning and child development to every interaction. Angy says "while I’m still learning English, I take pride in creating nurturing, engaging environments. Together, we’ll explore the world through curiosity and fun!"

With over two decades of experience in early childhood education, she brings a global perspective, having worked as a teacher and nanny in Australia, the UK, Monaco, and beyond. She had been running her own home-based daycare in New Zealand since 2017 but has now moved to Auckland. She has a Bachelor of Teaching in Early Childhood, Diploma in Early Childhood (Level 5).

Penny has been a nurse for almost 40 years and in the last 11 years a foster carer for Barnado's. She cared for a range of ages from newborn to 10 year olds - babies often came to her in need of love and proper care and they always left happy and smiling.
